New York Giants

When Philip Chaucer (no relation) visited New York, giants were roaming the streets. These New York giants were looking for human prey, according to a Times Square video display. Disconcerted, Philip hopped the next flight back to Arizona.

On the plane, he met Christy Christensen who told him she had just been in New York to cover a New York Giants game. Philip became nervous and prepared his sick bag. Christy Christensen tried to soothe him - kind soul that she is - and explained that the New York Giants were a football team.

However, this did little for Philip, who, as you remember, encountered a few man-eating giants in New York.

As the plane touched down in Phoenix, Philip opened the shade by his window seat and saw alongside the runway an endless line of legs like trees.
